Alex also was a Fulbright Scholar with The Fulbright Program and a Critical Language Scholar with the U.S. Department of State. He holds a Master's degree from Stanford University in International Policy with a focus on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources and an Honors Bachelor's Degree from American University in International Studies.
